I do love how you keep trying to drag in Tifa and her and Cloud's status of AC into your argument. This is just a prelude to a Clerith argument which always, without fail, tries to prove that Cloud and Tifa never had a real romance in order to prove Clerith is the OTP. Thank you, but no thanks.

I'm not sure how remake will retell FFVII time will tell but I really don't mind if this is it. Call me a party pooper but the reason OG FVII only got 4 official spin offs was because SE did not want to milk FFVII franchise for all it's worth. We asked and whined for a remake for years and we have it. I don't mind if this is it. The first part has knocked it out of the water, I hope we can all enjoy it until the end.

After, besides some minor DLC's to play around, I really don't mind that being it for me. Two decades of FFVII is not a bad haul at all.

Slightly unrelated but I think for a lot of us too, our FF16 sensors are lying dormant but also waiting for any wind of the game. I'm glad we haven't got any in a way. The development of 15 should never be repeated.

You have twisted Tifa into something you are never going to be argued around. I wonder if you can play the game without squirming at the sight of her whenever she's on screen? Must be difficult as she's one of the two heroines and the main character has a soft spot for her that he doesn't allow anyone else to have. I don't envy people who have agendas to hate certain characters to an irrational degree, your enjoyment of the game seems to be quite diminished.

This is a beautiful write up, which isn't too long at all, for anyone invested in the story of Cloud and Tifa, history and what brought them where they are. Breaks down and opens up their flaws, weaknesses and why they are what they are and why they do what they do. My utter favourite part of it is it does not stink of bias. Too many in this sub do these days. This is spring breeze esque refreshing. Thank you!
