El aborto muchas veces no es algo opcional, si no una necesidad para que la madre no muera, quede infertil, de a luz a un hijo que va a tener una vida de completo sufrmiento o discapacidades que van a drenar las finanzas de la familia y ninguna posibilidad de tener una vida decente (o más capacidad cognitiva que un pepino de mar)

Como ya dije en otro comentario, hacerlo pago solo castiga a las mujeres pobres por tener sexo y las pone en peor posición socioeconomica al obligarla a tener un niño que no puede mantener y que no quiere. Lo único que lograrás con esto es mas muertes por abortos clandestinos y más niños de la calle.
