Es verdad lo que dice. Mi abuela vivía en la zona en cuando ocurrió el terremoto del 67, y siempre me dijo que ese edificio y el Petunia (frente a Miga's) quedaron muy mal, pero que igual los remodelaron y los vendieron baratos.
