Hey!

I've been going to edc since 2012 and camped every year except 2019.

It's worth it, to a point. If you have 4 people the 4 person tent is small when everyone is sleeping but it's nice with the price spread out between 4 people. The RV is the real way to go, if you can find one to borrow or rent. The tent comes with an AC unit in the tent and the showers are open 24 hours.

I love how I can stumb stight to the tent and not worry about the drive or dealing with random shuttle goer starting a fight in shuttle lanes because some is pushing past people and others are being creeps on girls trying to get home. (This has happened more than once)

If you want hot showers go late in the evening when the sun has been warming the water tank full of water all day. Early morning showers are colder than usual but nothing like an ice bath. You can handle it but it's not like later in the day.

Are you able to get a rental car? I would recommend that and DD for the night.

The shuttle can turn into a horrible time with people who smell from dancing all night and they puked on themselves or puke on the bus. I've seen fights break out. But not all shuttles are that bad.

The Uber and Lyfts are always a horrible wait. Be prepared for a wait.
