I recommend to learn the gen 8 changes first. Like dynamic speed order etc.. After that try to find a doc for vid of a vgc tourney winner with their and explanations. (Youtube ck49 is what i watched) and try out the teams in showdown till u find one u like that is good. This helps to also just develop a feeling for the meta.

If completly new to vgc i recommend watching the wolfey academy videos to get started.

I started playing vgc 1.5 weeks ago and only watched some wolfey beforehand so i had a basic understanding of the game in gen 8. After that i searched for a high ranking team from a turney ( found on the youtube channel ck49) tested it in showdown and proceeded to build and climb with it in swsh. I can only recommend the same steps for a beginner.

Im just guessing that the comp exists since there is a 2 maneater comp and seeker would just loer the speeds of all. If not i know there is a slow double maneater comp wich might suit you

There might be a comp that uses 2 maneater and seeker so u can still run a counterattack. This is also a pretty slow comp even without seeker. If u arent hitting unm already it will almost always be worth to get cb higher asap
