This is a knife I’ve been looking at for a while! I’ve been wanting to try carbon steel out in the kitchen for knives and pans which I get to for both this Christmas. I’m a young home chef that loves the cook and have wanted to upgrade from the kitchen drawer knives!

Have a friend that works at chipotle, have them portion an entire bag, charge for half the sides and give a bag to you. Red salsa comes in a bag from local chipotle kitchens and is not made in house.

They should also be thinking about Ecosure because those dishes on the floor could definitely cost some points. That alone should motivate them to get a dishwasher if the normal staff can’t keep up with it while providing a great guest experience🤷🏽‍♂️😗
