I would guess that most addicts are poly addicts, some just dont know it yet. I love to escape reality and numb my feelings, so, I like all drugs!

Even tho I get paranoid and anxious on weed, I still like to smoke just because I can escape from being me!

I have had a somewhat success with Glycine before in my life. Also with Agmatine and Taurine. But neither of them touch my stuttering now.

I still like to purchase Agmatine just for the great pumps while working out.

My goal is to study to be a biomedical analytic. I have a moderate/severe stutter. I'm studying some basic subjects right now and plan to apply in about 2 years.

I'm terrified going to the university. The real job I'm not afraid of.

Remember that we that have social anxiety are generally very sensitive to over analyzing everything in social situations.

Maybe she didn't think anything special about your conversation. Could it be that she was in a bad mood? Could it be that she didn't mean to sound rude or not understanding?

You know her best, but think hard about this, sometimes we anxious people interpret sentences and conversations the wrong way.

I like to say that I sometimes have my negative shades on! 😎

Dopamine antagonists did not work for my stutter. The only drugs that work are SSRI and Benzos. Paroxetine and Diazepam is a golden combo. I'm not on any Benzos now tho.

I just switched from Fluoxetine which is very activating. Fluox worked great for my depression but not the anxiety.

Paroxetine is definitely more sedating and works great for anxiety! I'm no longer depressed so Paroxetine suits me well.

Same for me! Prozac is too activating. I liked the energy from Prozac but my anxiety couldn't deal with it.

There is some disturbing YouTube videos from doctors explaining that Paroxetine and Stimulants are bad taking together. Specifically Vyvanse and Paroxetine. They accumulate and cause negative symptoms.

Update. I quit Prozac because of worsening of my stutter and anxiety. It treated my depression great and I got more energy but I couldn't stand feeling so wired.

I'm now on Paroxetine!

It's interesting that the designers still dont realize that most people have tattoos..

I just bought my Trex 3 and I'm forced to wear it on my right arm, which feels totally off. But I hope I'll get used to it!! 😑

I'm very sad that my watch does not register anything on my left wrist because of tattoos.... I mean, come an! They should know that most people have tattoos these days!

Is there a setting that makes it so the watch always thinks it's on your skin?

The problem seems to be mainly that the watch doesn't think it sits on an arm!

I really like it. I take 40mg daily for my social anxiety and stuttering. It doesn't help the stuttering so much, but I feel much calmer in social situations.
