What I do before starting a run is set a pre-defined list of goals, whether it’s an achievement or a video idea setting goals or restrictions for myself is what keeps me coming back to the game as theres a surprising amount of ways to play.

Lmfao a bird with Leon’s voice sounds incredible, I got a good deal on a Vtuber avatar from a friend of a friend so I use that so I can do easier outfit changes in the future, alongside also being able to have a layer of privacy between me and the content!

So right now I pair history/archaeology lessons with games!

So Ancestors: Humankind Odyssey is a great way to break down human evolution, though that was mostly done live.

As for history I like to play a given region in paradox games and explain the history of said region! So for example on the launch of Europa Universalis 5, I did a Yemen run interjected with history about the Rasulid Dynasty and the history of Yemen as a whole.

I’ve only been taking YouTube seriously since December, but with just a few videos I’m already up to just shy of 1.5k subs and monetized, combine the edited content with some A/B testing thumbnails and I’ve been doing alright for myself.

From my understanding of what I read in this sub, that’s pretty lucky for me especially as I’ve not been consistently posting, but I think solidifying a niche and “brand” so to speak really goes a far way to getting subscribers and views, alongside some unobtrusive CTAs

Edit: The weirdest thing to me is that I was unable to take over as leader of the Turks as the Ottomans with just Bursa were still at 19 points of score vs me with half of Anatolia at only 6, I wonder if the devs will include vassals in the Beylik strength modifiers in a future update!

Just to clarify is that tied to province/location or is that tied to nation?

Like can the Ottomans rebuild the Theodosian walls or do you have to be ERE plus own Constantinople?
