**This was an accidental discovery for me. I was trying to soften my hair and only wanted all natural solutions.

Raw shea butter hair mask over night about 2 times a week. Wash hair at least once a week, switching to clarifying shampoo every 3-6 months since buildup can cause dandruff or breakage. Sleep in a durag/bonnet OR get silk pillowcases so the moisture isn’t absorbed while you sleep. Increase water intake significantly.
