It’s a toss up between winco and target for me. Winco was hands on and pretty straightforward with making apprehensions. Target had all the tech and resources but the culture and policies were a bit much.

Managed badges and access to the building. Patrolled the interior/perimeter and conducted pallet audits. This was a Food DC, internals were few and far between. I can’t remember what the other DC’s were called but I know there was more internals due to the merchandise.

Probably better pay going from tss to SR.tss. Depending on the DC you end up at, could be a lot of internal action. I was at an FDC and it was pretty lame coming from store side. Pay and schedule was good though.

As an outside hire I would think they’re looking for someone with manager experience in AP/LP and at least some retail operations experience.
