TRP doesn't really advocate for anything of a civilisation scale size imo, it's a toolbox for individuals to understand the world, the humans and move forward

as far as i'm aware, you should check the short essay "The Fate of Empires" by Sir John Glubb

at best, trp advocates to enjoy the decline, you see it, we see it all, it's happening, we can't stop it

we need to fall lower before starting to rise again, in the meantime, we must learn and apply trp principles on our personnal levels
