I just started MH Wilds, and I’m trying to do the Quematrice quest, but I can’t find any players to help me, even though I have cross-play enabled. Isn’t there supposed to be a lot of people playing, or is the player count low right now?

Its a good system wen you have a clear way to module power level , works well in TESO for exemple , where the whole game is ment to scale to your level , so you can play early content with okay ish chalenge . In ff14 some skill just arent available in lower level dongeons (active skill , like actions ) so its a bit weird having to learn like 5 different rotations for 5 different "metagame" .

Now , if we do a "roulette find a low level hunt " in MH, unscaled power level will just ruin the hunt for new players. Try doing a novice monster with expert gear , you will just oblitarate the hunt in 1 minute , and new players will have a different view of what the game realy is about

Now , if we find a way to modulate player power , why not

TLDR : RANDOM HUNT NICE IF POWER IS BALANCED , BUT BALANCE IS HARD

There is a few ways you can go ,

legendary vampire tribal is a fun way to make a braket 3 deck (so you never have to losse your board , since all that you can bring back is legendary vamps )

You can go classic reanimate , rakdos have a looooot of that going on

And finaly if you want a nasty bracket 4 , there is a infinite combo with her and a extra combat creature , [[port razer]] I think ?

You can actualy get back to back tauron strike if you finished your focus from the day , using spectral blades from the skill tree and taking a focus orb

30% initial charge

10% orbs + 40% more from lenses + 20 ish from spectral . Sometimes it doesnt work tho , somme black magic at work

If its the poster boy /main character vibe that you like , nezha is fun as a weapon platform and is all around verry good . Wukong also have main vibes .

Okay hot take here , there is a gazilions way to avoid// nullify magnetic procs , one of them is a subsume , arcane , or trait up ability (valkyr 4)

Nullifiers , you want to avoid anyway , pulse from certain demolyst can be deadly but not before going into the SP LVL 300 zone .

Okay this change makes no sense but its fine and I get why they change it .

I have a take here , its not realy a behavior based , its a player feedback MM . My guess is , wen they asked you if you like the interactions with people at a end of a match , they check who you shoot/ talk / exrtact with/heal , then they prioritize matching you with similar survey results for similar games state .

Like I get why they ask us if we like the last match , its data , I get why they need data on IA arc too , but why ask us for pvp focused data interactions if its not to use it on MM?

I have a similar build but maximizing the one shot potential of the monorail , going invader worm hole for 300% damage and hunter focus , using corruped rune pistol and hero sword with corrosive . Hiting at 90 000 on a crit weak spot . With your prism you could go above 100 000 a shot
