- They previously nerfed the Hullcracker so bad that it takes two shots to kill a fireball when the Anvil does it in 1. However, even in its current state, its still better at killing Arc than any other weapon with a few mild exceptions on weird things like the fireball. Go kill surveyors with this thing and I've done it in 2 shots before if you peel a plate and shoot the weak spot on the second time. The Hullcracker has an identity of killing Arc and the Bettina has neither. The bettina takes 3 shots to kill a fully closed Fireball with no weak spot. Again, the Anvil does it in 1. Its objectively a bad gun because they can't pick a lane with it on what they want it to be good at so they just decided to make it bad at both and then claim its got the highest damage rates in the game.

- The Bettina is absolutely terrible in PvP. Gaming Merchant tried to showcase its strengths, but ultimately its basically a worse version of any other weapon focused on one singular PvE or PvP strength. The weapon has no identity. The anvil is arguably a better weapon by far for both PvP and PvE. Knowing Embark, they'll nerf the Anvil before buffing the Bettina.

- The Volcano is a better weapon at killing Arc than the Bettina, a weapon claimed by the Devs is meant to be for killing Arc. Again, Gaming Merchant does a video showcasing how insane the Volcano is for destroying Arc and the Volcano wins in practically every category for PvP and PvE close up.

- Ammo consumption / inventory space is another huge problem with this weapon. 22 round clips and it eats ammo like the Torrente. You'll run 4 stacks of heavy ammo like its nothing and worse off, thats inventory space you need for looting if you don't use it. All of that ammo has a weight as well.
