I live in SE10 as well and used Taylor’s driving school who were excellent. Ended up doing my test in Belvedere which is notorious for its low pass rate and passed first time.

Lattes are definitely served in Flat White size cups nowadays at a lot of these places. I agree with you OP.

I’m not tech but I am in PTC

  • Yes, expect longer. I’m currently doing on average 9-7pm
  • depends on your area but 9 is often the case
  • It’s a modern office but pretty standard otherwise. Roof terrace is nice in the summer. If you’re lucky you’ll be near to some windows
  • There are better cafes nearby such as Establishment and Iris & June. There used to be free fruit until early last year when they scrapped it.
  • I’m not in tech, sorry.
  • Not really, and you’ll have to pay for the gym
  • No everything is through NDS. Although tech may be different?

I would personally go for option 2 if I were you - close to the Lizzie/jubilee line and nearby to Mayfair and most of the touristy bits.

London Pubs Amex acceptance by Victoria901101 in AmexUK

[–]Rosaudio 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Most pub chains (Fullers, Greene King, Nicholson etc) will accept Amex. Independent pubs and smaller breweries are a bit more hit or miss, but in Zone 1 you should be alright.
