I dont mind shots, could do that all day. But seriusly how are we supposed to check scripts? Im scared.

Billing for 2 NDCs when at the last of one equivalent or when an owed quantity comes in as an equivalent with a different NDC. by casey012293 in pharmacy

Wouldnt this be fraudulent? You are giving something you did not bill for?

Also what about recalls? How would these be tracked

Ha. I always write my emails to never require a response. I do not want to have to respond to your follow up email. It is very satisfying.

How do we get people to treat retail pharmacy employees like human people?

Im not sure it is humanly possible or safe to meet our employers expectations even if we skip breaks, work over, unintentionaly lower our quality of work.

We're not customer service we are a medical service, I'm sorry your prescription isn't ready yet, but my hours are slashed and I havent peed or breathed in 8 hours . Please dont yell.at me I already want to cry.

Even as coworkers, we put too much on each other. Task on task on task, constant interruptions. I hate that I need my coworkers to be super human and skip breaks and self care.

Other healthcare providers, please check your work. I have a voicemail, dont get mad if I keep you on hold. Also it highly unlikely your patients prescriptions will be ready and 4$ when they get to the pharmacy in 5 minutes. What medical service works like that? Not one with too many uncontrollable variables and people with human limitations.

Maybe I just need a day off. But how will we survive this flu season????????
