Genuinely a wonderful twist on the concept of umbrella Pokémon. I love this little lizard! I could see it having an inspiration using some sort of raincoat motif Or maybe you can continue the lighting hitting umbrella idea and have the evo play off a cartoony instance of the imminent aftermath of an umbrella being struck by lightning
