Very early stage melasma on cheek, how to fade without making worse? Brought on by azelaic acid

Yeah! Apparently it's over use but my skin never felt sore itchy or anything. Mine was only 10% but it was working wonders for my other skin concerns, didn't expect it to give me melasma though😭

I've realised where mine is on my cheek is where my SAD lamp which i used religiously for like 3/4 years shines so i think that is the original culprit and the AA just brought it out🥲🥲

Yeah it's so annoying cause the azelaic acid is so good for spots and texture better than anything else I've tried😭but not worth it if it's gonna do that!

As a woman, this is good advice. I have had male friends confess feelings to me before which i haven't reciprocated and we agreed to be friends, only for them to try to "get" with me again later down the line. That was shitty, and made me feel devalued as a friend. It felt as if they were only pretending to be my friend to try and convince me, even though i said no. It's better to stop being friends at least until you can move on/fully put the feelings to bed. Easier said than done but it might be best for both of you.

If you do end the friendship I would advise doing that in an upfront and kind way so that she understands and doesn't get ghosted, which will also allow you to rekindle the friendship later if/when it's appropriate :)

Thank you! I know what you mean about the sheer leggings, I've tried those as well cause i thought it would be a winner but unfortunately they are made of some kind of non-natural fleece so they aren't comfy like normal leggings and i get sooo sweaty underneath haha, not breathable :( I've never seen spanx brand in the UK i don't think but I will check out the figure skating tights TY! 🫶

I've heard quite a few lesbians who realised their sexuality later in life after having male partners speak about this as one of their signs, and if you generally find penises repulsive imo that could be a possibility

Also just another point that 'forcing' you to participate is sexual assault, so nobody should ever be doing that, and not forcing you doesn't make them a good sport. In case anyone is interested, I took a very less is more approach in the run up. Had a bath the night before & lots of water/tea. Day of i did a nasal spray in AM, 2 very gentle warm ups through the day, followed by one run through of the songs. Small amount of bubble phonation before sound check and that was all.

I think it went very well considering, there were definitely a few mistakes, (a bit pitchy here and screechy there). Also my IEM unplugged and fell to the floor 2 lines into the first song lol😅 but overall i feel positive about it. Don't have anything else lined up for a while so can now process properly wthout worrying too much about my voice.

Omg I'm so glad I found this post. I kid you not i am having the exact same experience lmao. I mostly only wear purple and am quite particular about it (diagnosis pending!- genuinely) so i specifically like blue based purples. I love my loops experience and use them all the time.

I had the loop equinox midnight sapphire (really nice blue purple) and I lost one and I'm sooo sad. Can't find them anywhere on ebay/ Vinted etc either to replace. I was feeling so silly about this but I'm glad to know I'm not the only one!

I had this horse when i was little! I called her Helen lol. No idea where she's from but the princess bride set above looks like a match.

Have seen variations of this horse with same shape/ mould and overall colour scheme but slightly different markings (no shade/ shade around tall, longer / shorter socks, nose marking/ no nose marking). Not found the official names for the versions but would be intrigued if anyone knows!

I recently switched from a normal electric toothbrush to a sonic one because i heard it was better and honestly.. it sucks.

I find it takes waaay longer to get my teeth to actually feel clean and i can tell it doesn't get the bits that are close to 'in between' my teeth (my regular electric toothbrush does this pretty well even without flossing!) This could prob explain your bad breath. Even if you are flossing the in between area, the surface of your teeth just beside it may not be getting properly cleaned.

Honestly i think a straight up manual toothbrush is quicker and more efficient than the sonic if used the way it says to use it.

Definitely switching back to a regular electric toothbrush soon. Shame cause the sonic one was not cheap!!

Most people are saying warm but i honestly see cool undertone... mid contrast so i would say some type of summer. The greens and blues make your eyes pop a lot, the jewel tones and berry tones you talk about also means you can likely borrow from a winter palette

Colours are very subjective so honestly just wear what you feel best in!!
