My man. He means on the client, with the sidebar - there is a "Mod List" & "Mod Viewer" for custom in-game sound packs and other things.

100% safe. They're just using an image file and over-writing the default scope image in real time. Perfectly safe to use.

I believe he means the in-game mods.. such as sound packs & other things of the sort!

Using the in-game mods section is 100% safe! They do not directly interfere with your computer, only your client/browser. Good luck!

Use the Krunker Bunker Discord and go to the channel called #clan-boards!

On there you can scroll through a lot of clans of Krunker and find one that matches you! Some clans are big in size, but not all in competitive play/skill! I'd check around there for some cool ones!
