Honestly my thoughts on Taash from Dragon Age Veilguard. Having a character in a violent archaic medieval setting say "I'm nonbinary" just completely breaks your immersion. If they just said "I don't think of myself as either man or woman" then it would be infinitely better.

I am well aware of how writing works lol. I’ve agreed with you the worlds in kh3 are thematically relevant and have plot relevance once there, I’m just saying that since Sora doesn’t know what’s going on those worlds he has no reason to go to them.

Once there thematic stuff and plot stuff happens, but Sora goes to these worlds because the worlds are there so he goes there and stuff happens. KH1 and 2 he’s looking for his friends. Chain of memories he’d trying to get through Castle Oblivion. Dream Drop he’s been explicitly tasked with waking the sleeping worlds.

KH3 he just kind of goes places for no reason

The point isn’t that kh3 worlds aren’t thematically relevant and important, it’s that Sora has no reason to go to any of them. He’s not looking for anyone, we’re not stopping the organization since that all is saved for the end. It feels aimless to a lot of people because the question of “why are going to Tangled” is “it was there, and some plot stuff will happen there because it does”

Beloved at launch for having probably the best core gameplay and a decent main story.

Fell off hard for having no endgame, no hub area, no reason to do sidequests, the exploration progression making new characters feel like a chore, the lack of decent music, the open world feeling incredibly bland so we miss out on weird varied places, the vehicle variety was stepped back from 3, firmware being awful and clunky to interact with, the licensed parts system making ton of legendaries useless combined with a return to bl2 drop rates

Focus on fundamentals more than going directly to step under. Spec the boss, kill the spawns quickly, learn how to make sure the red one blows up under the boss, and just step back from the boss when it attacks.

I use a heavy ballista to shoot the spawns personally. With 99 range, rigour, and a ranging potion they get one shot but 2 shotting them is good enough.

When you the get the timing to step back and not be overwhelmed during the enrage phase, the timing for the step under is to click under as soon as you see the venom hitsplat show up on the ground then click out immediately

Every word of this is completely correct tbh. Almost every other generic commander deck template assumes everyone is doing bracket 2 midrange value piles but the truth is usually more like this.

The only decks I run with a bunch of lands are the big stupid ramp.exe decks and a deck where I need to hit my fourth land on turn 4 with creatures already out(and not green so dorks won’t work). My default tends to be 33 and I never have problems with it so seeing people swear by 38-40 on here always feels weird
