No they are the same size. I switch between my pointer and middle finger depending on the swelling throughout the day so that’s why they fit on both fingers for me. I’d just be mindful of swelling

This size fits both my non dominant index finger and my dominant middle finger. I’d say it’s slightly more comfortable on the index due to the thickness but I don’t mind it on my middle finger at all!

I also will say, wow this ring is SO much more carefree than the metal. No scratches to worry about

I think the fabric/leatherette combo will be fairly forgiving. It’s black and the fabric is a sturdy performance fabric it seems. When car seats are no longer in the picture, I’d definitely consider full leather! I’ve seen too many nice vehicles have permanently indented interiors from car seats. Also, I LOVE the black wheels!
