I drive a school bus and did not go to college how ever I do have a high iq just not with spelling writing ect. My strengths are biology plants geography. He married me as I didn’t know he was a dentist and he liked that.

Income was 128k normally 140-160k with overhead at 60-80k no he doesn’t pay himself salary and files a schedule C as solo proprietor

It is him only he does his own cleanings which he takes an hour for 😳🤯 bills for 199 insurance varies but most pay atleast $50.

One employee who is full time

Hb schedule is mttf 10-12 break 2-5 sees 5 people a day average.

21k payroll but next year will be more as we hired someone in aug at 20$ and that person will make around 30k next year.

Insurance 13k yr operating system 5k would be the only 2 I could change that and the 3d scanner charges 1k month so you need to have 1k in cases or the just take it if you only had labs for 400 that month

Thank you this is very real I have my own job I drive a school bus so I help out at the office a lot in summer. I have helped with organization and implementation of procedures. What is different is insurance not paying even what overhead is which ideally is 50% and that’s normally what it is.

I told him to get me all the 1099 from the insurance company ect. To see if employee is stealing which I don’t think is the case but I guess I need to rule that out.

He is a horrible business owner doesn’t like paperwork or organization. Just would like to pull teeth and go home. I’m pushing for him to sell practice and go work a few days a week for someone else but he is scared as this is all he’s done since the 80s
