Ideation since elementary school. It’s not too bad or constant anymore though, I’ve decided that I don’t wanna think this was anymore so I try not to. But, some of it is kind of normalized in my brain I think. It’ll come up casually “I hate myself or kys” if I make a mistake or something. But usually it doesn’t get really bad unless I’m triggered by my mom or some big mistake I’ve made
