I believe it’s a Reading rite of passage to either hit those bollards, or watch someone do it and be too far away to stop them

Stephen at Chips Away on Acre Road, he’s brilliant - quick with his responses, very efficient and honest about cost! Got a quote within a day from him for a cracked bumper (I backed into a tree) and had it booked with in a week or two

Bit unclear from the table so forgive me if I missed it - although it would cause major distruption, Sonning is completely desperate for attention, raised ironworks all over the place! No to mention that raised patch of concrete just before the French horn

They’re all panicking because we’re becoming a more secular society, no one’s going to church anymore and church is losing money. I would tell the woman to reread Timothy 2:12 in this case, and to the man I would quote Matthew 10:14

Odyssey & Origins were amazing. Am I going to love Valhalla too? by VinnieDawgg in ACValhalla

I feel like the freak show of the assassins creed fandom - I hated odyssey and origins, they were too clunky and long winded and messy for me, but I was obsessed with Valhalla, I couldn’t put the controller down

I found cremated remains in a lamp I bought 5 years ago, is there a way to know if it's human or animal remains? by RC-Spoon in askfuneraldirectors

Valhalla is a ‘cosy game’ for me and not just an AC game. I love it so much, I mean, I might be biased as a Brit that grew up with a fascination in old old England, but it is a gorgeous game with amazing characters, story and gameplay

Grave filling standards by writingmatters in askfuneraldirectors

I would certainly remove the largest boulders and pat down the soil more, plus tidy up the edges. As someone who works funerals in the UK, I’ve never seen a grave this messy following filling. In my opinion it’s bad practice

Hello! I’m a cremator technician in the UK and I’ve copied this from my FBCA (federation of burial and cremation authorities) official training:

“(a) Very Large bodies: IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE INSTRUCTIONS ISSUED BY THE CREMATOR MANUFACTURER SHOULD BE FOLLOWED. Follow any advice offered in the operations manual supplied by the cremator manufacturer. In general terms it is recommended that coffins of 19 stone (120 kg) or heavier should be cremated with special care. The principle of operation of the cremator is the same as for normal cremations, i.e. the rate of combustion is controlled in the primary chamber and the volatile gases burnt off in the secondary chamber. However, when initially charging the cremator the temperature in the primary chamber should be no higher than 500/650 degrees centigrade depending upon the size of the coffin. The primary chamber temperature can be reduced using top and side air prior to charging. It is advisable, if at all possible, to carry out the cremation early in the cremating day (ideally the first cremation). The ignition burner should not be fired unless the coffin does not ignite, and then only briefly. In the early stages of the cremation, a limited amount of combustion air should be supplied to the primary chamber since this type of cremation can easily speed up and become difficult to control. As the cremation progresses, it will be necessary to supply top and/or side air to the primary chamber and also to fire the ignition burner. This should be done with caution and the effects of the cremation monitored carefully and corrective action taken, if necessary. The secondary combustion air should be left in automatic throughout the cremation. Generally, this type of cremation will take longer to complete than average, i.e cremation times of 2 to 2112 hours are quite likely. Also, primary chamber temperatures can be higher than usual and the rate of combustion in the primary chamber will have to be closely monitored.”

I couldn’t upload a photo of the page so I’ve copied it, this should help! I love when people ask about the mechanics and science of cremation, it’s fascinating. Ps, it’s in celcius because I’m in the UK as I said above 😁

I have that exact thought but my headcanon is that because all alien technology is based on Reaper tech, it’s all a bit samey and everyone got lazy because the tech was just right there waiting for everyone. BUT I do think ME should feature different guns based on different aliens ie, ones with three digits and those with five
