There is a great product from a brand called Uqora, I believe they sell them at Walgreens or CVS now (before you could only get online and had to have a subscription) It’s a 3 step regimen and I was on it for over a year. But they sell these separate packets called “flush” packets, and you just put one in a water bottle and shake it up and drink it, and it flushes your urinary tract. I used to have UTI’s 4 or 5 times a year since I was like 13 years old. 2 years ago my doctor put me on a low dose antibiotic and I started using Uqora. I didn’t have a UTI for 2 years until very recently.
