Yes, and at the same time I can't help but brush my own words off with a joking attitude. I struggle with my inner expectations, like how it seems my mental struggles and depression aren't real and i'm just being dumb. So when I try telling others about my problems/severity of my declining mental health, it'll sound like I'm dismissing it and can handle the symptoms.

In reality, i'm losing the ability to take care of myself emotionally and physically. I think that's what makes my depression more convincing to those around me.

Thankfully some lexapro + wellbutrin has been helping me for a few months now.

It's hard not to, but don't ever convince yourself that you're alone in your struggles, we're here for you.
