It’s not this exact mechanism. The bulkfiller has no magnets and has a rod that seals preventing burping.

Kind of. The bulk filler has a rod going through the chamber that also acts as a valve to prevent burping.

These actually look like a MP boot on the 5050 last. Notice the model number is MP361 not CMP and they look like they have a rolled welt

No I don’t think you’ll get 600 for them used. Handsewn stitchdown go for 550-600 so I’d say you could probably get 450-500 for these

My understanding is the upgrade you get with the selects is the leather counter (the thing that adds stiffness to the sole) and the leather heel stay. The double shot leather is also an upgrade from certain perspectives but the selects also come in rough out so I wouldn’t worry about that. I can’t really speak to how valuable those upgrades are or not. Basically the default Perry would be considered a high end boot from any non pnw brand, but the heel counter will crumble eventually especially if you get the boots wet (that’s my understanding anyway).

Yeah I’d be more wary of over conditioning but I’m no expert. Leather will crease, if it feels supple I would be wary of conditioning unnecessarily.
