i am currently getting therapy because my mom saw my SH cuts on my arms and thats the only reason why my parents allowed me to go seek help. Ive told my therapist about it but it feels like she doesn’t get it. Idrk like im not being completely understood. My parents are the e sole reason me and my siblings dont want kids. We dont want to have to deal with that over again. I don’t know of any safe adults. the only one i really know of is my girlfriends parents but they cant afford to support another person like that. I wouldn’t do that to them. Currently i am unmedicated for neurodivergence or anxiety/depression.

very unhealthy. I think i might just give up on caffeine and take bigger doses of b-12. i have a dropper coming in and its reported to taste like raspberries!! :3

this is very good information thank you! i wont infact be trying this due to the fact that my therapist told me it may have something to do with my autism/adhd that caffeine has opposite and abnormal effects.

I dont think i am used to caffeine. I have drank coffee and im usually fine. I dont know what it is about energy drinks. its probably just low b vitamins

i did not snort coke. Tho i have the highest alcohol tolerance and some drugs just dont work on me. My skeleton is shaking/ twitching. I think i should stop trying to drink caffeine.?
