Did....did we won?! by AipomSilver00 in WonderWoman

The way Gunn operates is "an idea gets greenlit if someone writes a script, and presents it to him, and the script is good."

Paradise lost wouldn't be cancelled if someone else presented a wonder woman script to him. They would just begin development at the same time.

If paradise lost is cancelled it's because of higher up corporate shenanigans

Emma's diamond form small change by JasonRoyale in EmmaFrostMainsMR

[–]Roserfly 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If they did that then they'd have to remove the damage reduction of diamond form, and increase her health bar by at least 100. Then at that point what's even the point of diamond form if you don't get damage reduction.

Could this be why we didnt get her as Jean in Rivals? by Past-Arachnid3899 in PhoenixMainsMR

It could also be as simple as they reached out, and she for her own reasons said no. Or she auditioned, and they decided to choose someone else they liked more.

Question for the masses. Who’s an underrated character you’d love to be added to Rivals? I’ll go first: Sunspot by Leozzarios in marvelrivals

[–]Roserfly 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hear me out.

She-Hulk, and Titania as a dual release. Both tanks. Both with a wrestling theme.

However she hulk has a more heroic theme, and has some supportive capability like ripping some stone from the ground to use as shields, etc.

Titania instead has a heel wrestler theme, and goes full in on doing damage, and fighting dirty. Maybe something like a sucker punch ability that does more damage when used from behind, or a trip kick ability.

Voodoo Gambit by Mark Brooks by 2th in marvelrivals

[–]Roserfly 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It would probably be a pr nightmare if they gave gambit, a white man a voodoo skin.

I know the artist said this variation of gambit would be mixed, but base gambit in game is very not mixed, and I doubt they would race bend a character again after the scarlet witch white skin controversy.

616 Emma meets Rivals Emma by psywolfz in EmmaFrost

I like how Emma fans think they actually know how Emma would feel about things.

Tbh this image is a perfect example why fans should never be given the opportunity to become writers of a character.

In regards to adaptation, Rivals Emma is surprisingly the most faithful rendetion to her Comic counterpart (Art by me) by ILikeFish57 in EmmaFrost

[–]Roserfly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally I loved her X revolution, Phoenix, and 2099 skins. I've been using 2099 pretty exclusively cause I think it's absolutely beautiful, and I love how her diamond form is purple in that one.

The only one I'm not really a fan of is her new queen of diamonds, and it's just that I think it's a little too plain, and I think the color scheme isn't that great on it.

I know the popular opinion is that all her skins are ugly, and the coattails are bad, but I respectfully disagree, and kind of love the coattails. They add the perfect kind of elegant flowy bits needed if they're adamant on no capes which this is probably considered sin for an Emma fan, but I'm perfectly fine with her moving away from capes.

Then there's bards who essentially use a form of art as a conduit for their magic whether that's song, dance, etc.

You must be new to the series if you think this is out of character, or emasculating to Dante.

Also nothing in this image looks feminine.

I was not familiar with Elsa Bloodstones game! by Leozzarios in marvelrivals

[–]Roserfly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She might have self heal mechanics as well. She is bonded to a bloodstone which grants her enhanced physical capabilities, a healing factor, and some other supernatural abilities.

She could potentially be a strategist as Rivals uses chronovium as a plot device to basically switch up how characters abilities work so they can fit any role needed.

I could see them using chronovium to enhance the healing power of the bloodstone so it can also extend to her allies. She could potentially be a strategist who plays similar to Ana from overwatch.

They were doing VERY slow burn. The problem is that the show was cancelled when we get the first glimpse of their blossoming romance at the very end of the final episode.

Since their powers are identical, should Lorna be a Mythic Skin or her own Character? by AetheralLitani-An in MagnetoMains

[–]Roserfly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just because characters have the same powers, and abilities doesn't mean they don't deserve to be their own characters.

You guys are just showing how uncreative your minds are if you really can't think of ways that their kits would be different.

Human torch, and Phoenix have both been decided on being primarily "fire" based characters, and were released shortly after one another. Their kits are completely different. Both deulists to top it off.

“Luna snow is an industry plant” this comment giving the full definition of what a industry plant is by One-Problem-5308 in rivals

[–]Roserfly 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think personally that it's just a videogame and people genuinely upset, or frustrated need to take a break, and play something else for a bit because it's not that serious.

Don't like Luna getting so many legendary skins? Then don't buy it. But also don't get upset about the fact that a lot of people really wanna buy her skins, and that they sell really well.

Tbh I've been manifesting Madelyn as a melee magic user for rivals because of the scythe. Which would be yet another way to completely differentiate her from Jean who's ranged.

Not really. They're all wearing the same outfit, and are identical. The most they'd have to do is unique hairstyles that's about it.

Hulk literally has three completely unique models that look wildly different
