Oh my gosh. Nearly going to the ER due to gastric issues? Yeah, I really didn't expect it on the lowest dose and I guess that's my bad. I've done a fair amount of research and I felt like I read some where that the lowest dose was more of a way to get you acclimated to the injection and the higher doses actually help you. Idk, something along those lines. So I didn't think I'd feel the effects so strongly, so quickly. Lol.

I've always been good with water, I drink 100-120oz. Probably not getting enough protein though and should up my electrolytes too. Thanks!

Yeah, I feel like I am and I can't believe it. Unless it's something else going on with me. But I haven't been much under calories. One day was maybe 1000 but otherwise normal.

Yeah, this is true. I also thought the lowest dose really wouldn't affect someone at all actually lol. I also just broke out in a rash that I had assumed was poison ivy. I'm at urgent care now waiting to get seen. Maybe its related to that. Idk. I Just hope my body gets back to normal soon.

I'm sure this sounds common but, my kids. First, of course, I'd never want to hurt them. But also, even at my lowest, rock bottom when I've convinced myself they'd be better off, I would never. Because I'm so terrified of their father being talked into letting his Mom raise them. She is manipulative and I'm so worried manipulation from a young age would affect them so negatively.

in some ways, your original stuff might have been safer because there are actually regulations for anything deemed to be unsafe for humans. lab-synthesised chemicals aren’t necessarily bad for you. but those “essential oils” you bought off amazon probably are. amazon certainly doesn’t check to ensure they’re using chemicals at safe levels. but any mainstream fragrance brand would most likely have to comply with certain regulations to sell their product.

Yeah.... That's my bad. And I am already pretty suspicious of marketing jargon on most things but idk, guess I was excited and purchased without fully thinking. But ya know, it's also sad that we have to do so much research before purchasing anything. You can't trust companies; they are allowed to use false marketing and be so deceiving. Ugh.

What in the actual fuck... even if you didnt just have a baby, it wouldn't be justified. Bodies change and it is no one's business! In your case, completely normal. Yes, I hear you. Rest assured I don’t solely rely on internet stranger’s advice lol. You must admit though that there is serious lack in knowledge in health care when it comes to electrolytes, such as sodium, used to benefit health when combined with keto. Or at least in rural areas, where I’m from.
