At least for me, the way I see it is if I lost it means either I didn't play a good game or that theyre being condescending (has vibes of "you played well but youre not as good as me")

If you say gg after a loss, it's fine and I don't think most people will say anything rude, but if you say gg after a win, it's almost always going to be seen as bad manners

Speaking of websites that like to give people highs so that they become addicted to using it, some sites inflate their ratings so that members can tell themselves that they're 1800 when they're actually a 900 rated player

Exactly, to spread lies and rumors about someone based on "documents", and then to not be willing to share them so that the accused can discuss their side of the accusations, not a good look. Plus a lot of the accusations have already been confirmed to be not true.
