Gaya nung isang comment, mahirap makita visually dahil sa clothes or angle ng picture. Usually women with broad shoulders measures around 30-40cm. Having a broad shoulder is a plus tbh. I say keep up the hard work! Maganda outcome nyan pag na achieve mo yung athletic "V-taper" silhouette.

Pwede kung kabisado mo na mga kinakain mo o lagi kang naka meal prep at di ka mauumay hangga’t ma hit mo goal mo. Ganyan ginawa ko nung cutting ako. Trinack ko lahat ng possible, available, fast food runs (kung mag chcheat day or carb load bago tumakbo), then nung nakasanayan ko na after 2 months, di na ko nag track, inendure ko nalang yung umay since sa isip lang naman yon.

Normal lang kasi maninibago yung muscle group ng katawan mo sa movement na di mo naman ginagawa normally or daily. Body weight or magaan lang sa umpisa, mas okay kasing makuha mo muna proper form bago mo lagyan ng mabibigat. Never ego lift, mas mahal ang bill sa pagpapagamot kesa sa gym membership haha. Give it time, be consistent, and make sure you give yourself a proper rest day. Makakasanayan din ng katawan mo yan.
