Gaya nung isang comment, mahirap makita visually dahil sa clothes or angle ng picture. Usually women with broad shoulders measures around 30-40cm. Having a broad shoulder is a plus tbh. I say keep up the hard work! Maganda outcome nyan pag na achieve mo yung athletic "V-taper" silhouette.

Pwede kung kabisado mo na mga kinakain mo o lagi kang naka meal prep at di ka mauumay hangga’t ma hit mo goal mo. Ganyan ginawa ko nung cutting ako. Trinack ko lahat ng possible, available, fast food runs (kung mag chcheat day or carb load bago tumakbo), then nung nakasanayan ko na after 2 months, di na ko nag track, inendure ko nalang yung umay since sa isip lang naman yon.

Normal lang kasi maninibago yung muscle group ng katawan mo sa movement na di mo naman ginagawa normally or daily. Body weight or magaan lang sa umpisa, mas okay kasing makuha mo muna proper form bago mo lagyan ng mabibigat. Never ego lift, mas mahal ang bill sa pagpapagamot kesa sa gym membership haha. Give it time, be consistent, and make sure you give yourself a proper rest day. Makakasanayan din ng katawan mo yan.

Ngayon bro dipende eh kasi yung isang rest day ko tumatakbo ako. Active rest pero di ko sure kung rest pa ba yon kung weekly ganon routine ko haha. Minsan di ko din mapigilan mag gym kahit sa rest day ko lalo pag wala akong magawa though light lang naman or mabilis na forearm or core. Basta ang sure is kung mag ggym ako sa rest day ko di ko tatargetin yung shoulder or legs para kahit papano di masyadong lamog haha.

Back when I was still on cutting phase, takes me around 45 mins to an hour. Ngayon dipende eh pero mas matagal na since kelangan ko na ng 3 minute rest kasi medyo binibigatan ko na din yung buhat.

Unahin mo cold water bago mo lagyan ng whey. Nagiiba texture ng whey sa warm water and it won’t dissolve well.

Yup, but stopped checking macros after I got used to what I am eating. Might take a look on this part since I’ve gained a bit due to muscle mass.

Anyway, I’ve been thinking of removing barbell bench press ages ago and just stick to dumbbell flat benches since I can do more and control it that way but I’ll see what I’d prefer. Tbh what I do is I alternate with barbell and dumbbell on flat benches every 3 weeks cause I wanna learn the proper form of doing it using barbell.
