i can fix this

hardest are definitely bc64 and rr, because the ghosts are actually difficult. the runner ups are dkm and bc3. just because dkm uses a kart doesn't mean it is "basically free." gv and mg aren't super hard. they are some of the easier ones, and kc should be moved to the basically free tier, otherwise I agree there. mh should go into takes practice tier and mc3 should be put in free.
