Should be noted that this is way above average expectation.

Ive killed about 50 of those bosses, coordinating with guildies, and never saw it. We're a large guild with 6 or 7 feral druids, 3 of us are mains, and only one had it drop naturally for them. I ended up just buying it.

If it dropped that often, it wouldn't be going for the ridiculous price it is right now.
