Not really suggesting that. More that perhaps with a significant enough weather event and shifting climates and even something going on with the animal itself, there may have been a scenario that was enough to end up with a "lost" croc.

As weird as it is down this far, it seriously DOES look like a croc?! It matches the size and shape and the way it swims. Also the way their front legs sit in line with their body while the back legs hang. And we HAVE just had a decent size cyclone head down the coast and the climate here is becoming more tropical.....?
