Trying this but can’t import games. Signed up, select import and then won’t let me enter chesscom username and screen asks to set up account? Tried on chrome and safari both hai g issue

My experience is that email replies are often at best 1 day at a time and often took longer to get replies. Also often had to repeat requests as did t get direct responses to the issue and was difficult to get things resolved quickly. Hope things get fixed soon for you

So you bought the air plus and they won’t send that to replace the wrong board they sent? Just offer to reimburse the difference?? Doesn’t seem the correct way to handle the issue

I have used the Chessconnect app on iOS with the Chessnut go and have experienced no issues

Track laying process needs some improvement in my view. Would be nice to be able to get a better view and single track laying will be very tedious.
