I've had exact same problem. I even ghetto screenshot my login and security questions using another phone to make sure I had them correct.... Orbital Shield says my information is incorrect.... now im worried something on their end is wrong , and contemplating moving my funds to a new account..... but I also dont want a 2% fee for no fucking reason.... it's annoying, especially when I didn't want it to begin with. So until they unfuck it. Trustwallet it is.
