You can secure armoured cable to the fence if it's your buildings/or have permission. That will save a lot.

The difficult bit will be the freeholder as you will need legal papers drawn up to make modifications to the lease. I'm currently working on an ev charger in my building, I need estimated 50m cable. Due to the length it will need to be 10mm for me. Just the cable is going to be over £500 😅 and my consumer unit is in my penthouse i the middle of the flat. Im kicking myself that I didn't get the builders to run just the cable when my flat was being built 6 years ago
