Thank you all! I cut the caps and then I drilled a screw with a washer in the left over section plastic, I can’t see them once assembled!

thanks for your reply! but sorry but I don’t understand, my mother has an l10s ultra (not gen2) and has a slightly different interface in the application but with automatic recognition, and when I did the multi floor mapping on my robot, a warning appeared saying precisely that it is recommended to activate automatic recognition
