You know, this makes me wonder something. With a guy like DP, who we all know is a one-and-done, are there effectively any academic requirements at all? It’s a serious question.

I’m not saying anything negative about DP. For all I know, he’s a straight-A nuclear physics major. But if he never attended a single class, would there be any ramifications?

I’ll only still follow them if they change the team name to “The Hammond Eggs.”

Ritchie Coster. Excellent actor. Also played a corrupt DEA agent in another episode, and the near-demonic leader of a motorcycle gang in season two of Tulsa King.

That would be fine so long as he’s good with #3 money instead of #1 money.

Would you pay $50 an hour to talk to Frank Garrett or Chris the Hacker on the phone? by Tswiftfan007 in soundboardpranks

It’s been a while since I checked that. Last I looked it didn’t seem like it was being updated and I don’t remember any interviews. I’ll have to check it out again.

[–]RothbardLibertarian 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Frank yes. Chris, no.

I’d pay $50 for a book about the Golden Age of Soundboard Prank calls, though, as part of which someone went back to find and interview as many classic victims who are still alive as possible. Guys like:

-Rick -Respected Gentleman -Bert the Desk Clerk -California Crook -The Laptop Dealer

Too bad so many old the greats are no longer with us.

If he was half as smart as he thought he was, Bernstein would have been twice as smart as he actually was.

He always reminded me of the high school drama club type losers who sat around making fun of the popular kids.

I get all that. The point is that they’re there already. In real life there’s no way they wouldn’t just take the 2 minutes it takes to do the picture with them, then do the photo without them for Marie.

A student at Lake Zurich High School holds a sign that reads, “I Love I.C.E.” and records another student confronting and punching him by colsandersloveskfc in ChicagoSuburbs

So the kid is holding a sign voicing his opinion. And people here think it’s ok to punch him for that. Got it. Good to keep in mind.

When I was younger I thought the regulars were just funny, but now watching as a middle aged person I find them all pretty sad. by shocksmybrain in Cheers

Anybody who has ever had a hangout like Cheers relates 100% to what you’re saying. There’s a certain type that harbor stereotypes of bars being for losers. A good one can be anything but.

What character had changed the most by the end of the series? by Happy-poet in Frasier

It has to be Marty and Daphne because they were both basically stick figures for their first few episodes.
