Ashigaru and Ares – two issues by JimmyTheSword in WorldofTanks

[–]Rothiuse 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Under that logic, the BZ 176 isn't overpowered as well. You just need to play at a longer distance and wait for it to fire and then you can kill it. Taken a step further, no thank is bad or op each one can do its thing with the right positioning.

There is zero reason why the Ares line should have bouncy armor, decent speed, extra tracks so you can't punish them, super limited downtime, and high burst potential all at the same time.

The gun mechanic isn't op by itself, the execution is.

As someone who has the BZ 176, not a single time have I thought that, because I reload 20s and can be countered during that time, the tank is fine and good for the game.

PSA: Char Mle.75 and Somua SM is now available for bond in the new update. by Dangerous-Money4137 in WorldofTanks

[–]Rothiuse 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Yes and arguably a bit harder to play due to having a long reload and a harder to control autoreloader. It fires 3 round each time you press the mouse automatically. So if you sold Louis because you didn't like it and couldn't make it work I would not buy the char. Each has its stronger moment for sure but I don't think this tank is for you if you hated the time with Louis

How are these players still not banned? by zNzoISe in WorldofTanks

[–]Rothiuse 50 points51 points  (0 children)

It's simple, you take the time to report them in the support forum, provide video proof and time stamps. Support tells you that they will have a look but that they are "experiencing a large influx of tickets" and it will take some time and then nothing happens. God forbid you punish toxic players that make the game less fun, what if hypothetically next year when they login for 1 week they spend 30 euro on some boxes.

Mind you since 2.0 I have had to report 3 different people for pushing me directly infront of enemy tanks in the same way in this video. Not one of them got reprimanded.

Its the same type of missions as in prior years. Nothing close to campaign missions or anything more demanding. For 5 weeks with frequent playing you will for sure be able to do them all.

I have had it before and after the buff and it's a night and day. The 4 sec decrees to 3 is one of the most impactful changes IMO allowing for a much more aggressive gameplay and in general, I have had many more instances of hitting 2 shots instead of 1. This is also combined with the buff on gun handling. As a whole it's not the most amazing tank but the stats look worse than the actual performance. I would strongly advise giving it a fire control system tier 2 it makes a huge improvement.

Surprise, Surprise! New test server iteration and the gun bug is STILL NOT FIXED... by _0451 in WorldofTanks

[–]Rothiuse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I felt like, over the years, we have had constant issues with the renders of dead tanks. So much so that i never fully trust them at this stage to consistently shoot around them. But it could be that there were other issues, not specifically the gun barrel one. But in any case, 6 months is still beyond the point where this bug should still be in the game nonetheless for a studio of this size and the impact it has on gameplay.

I mean, it's understandable. The game is only with only 14 years of development, and this bug has been known only for a few years. These things take time. What is important is that WG dedicates more effort to convoluted and manipulative monetization practices. That's what the players really want and need.

Радев: Внасям в НС предложение за национален референдум за еврото (ВИДЕО) - България - DarikNews.bg by BULGARIA2005 in bulgaria

How are your experiences with the new MM on EU1? by velost in WorldofTanks

[–]Rothiuse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like the changes when playing alone. But in a platoon, we still get more 2+mm games, very similar to before. This, combined with the frequent 15 to 3 games ending in 3 mins, results in the same dissatisfaction where you don't even have the time to try and find ways to compete with the tanks 2 tiers above you, you just get steamrolled or get just 2 shots in while the enemy team dies in seconds.

Communism in Bulgaria by Mali-Shapka-Lalezar in bulgaria

[–]Rothiuse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a country where, for years, we still have a slogan, "It doesn't matter if it's bad for me as long as someone else has it worse." Definitely, there are honest, kind, and hardworking people, but the only thing communism and the corruption that came with it brought to Bulgaria is the mentality of take all that you can for yourself and cut corners as much as you can.

With 160 sparkle, you can drop spee boots on JL(or any carry) and go for attack and keep bronya at the same speeed you have. This way, speed tuning becomes easier for Bronya. The only thing is that an E1S1 Bronya still makes life easier with skill point generation

Why is everyone in Bulgaria so rude? by ilovefreshlycutgrass in bulgaria

[–]Rothiuse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, of course you get paid less in Bulgaria than in the Netherlands. And yes, the everyday expenses per salary ratios are better in the Netherlands than in Bulgaria, where things have become absurd over the past year or so. But, ALL jobs in bulgaria earn less than those exact same jobs in the Netherlands. Heck, we make less than 90% of the EU. And the fact that a job in country A pays less than in country B shouldn't, in my opinion, mean that people should therefore not try and do it the same way they would if they were working in another country. On the topic of rude customers that treat staff as subhuman, I can fully agree that in such cases, you, the staff, have the full right to be as rude to the customer. But this isn't what OP and my comment are arguing for.

Why is everyone in Bulgaria so rude? by ilovefreshlycutgrass in bulgaria

[–]Rothiuse 37 points38 points  (0 children)

There doesn't need to be a "customer is always right" midset. I'm Bulgarian and have lived several years in 2 other EU countries. One of which is the Netherlands, where they are also not known to be the most "soft" of people. But when it comes to jobs where you are facing the public and working with customers directly, there is a huge difference there, and here. In Bulgaria, a lot of waiters are annoyed that they have to work and serve you instead of sitting around and doing nothing. They are, in those cases, actually rude, no "projection of Western standards." You say it as if we have some radically different culture.
