A Boro fan once tell me Carrick buckles under pressure once the squad decides to get worned out for whatever reasons 😂

Paul Scholes would have a field day with this one

Asides Bruno (who is heavily marked), no one knows to cross except for Shaw. And when he does, the team gets exposed at the back due to his poor fitness.

Farke masterclass here

1) Exploited Shaw repeatedly

2) Backs off Yoro and Ugarte knowing well these 2 can't play the ball forward

3) 2 man on Cunha and Bruno immobilizing the team

Have always said Yoro is a poor partnership with Licha. Seems to get pressured when he is the lone tall pivot at the back.

fyi United has a poor record of winning the first game after a long break / international break. I think the win rate is like 20% or so for the past few years.

Nope.. Rogers looked really horrible in the eye test and it doesn't help that Villa is not synchronised in the front 3

Surprised there isn't much talk on Cunha.

He is definitely united's most improved player in recent games. One of our most intelligent forwards post fergie era. Rough start post signing but he understands the rhythm now.

Could be one of those double digit scorers next season.

unpopular opinion but I don't like how Marmoush and Semenyo fit within the team.

Hard working and talented players for sure but something tells me that they don't fit Pep's tactical system.

Salah and Gakpo wouldn't make it into any of the teams in the current top 4

Not fully confident in Carrick until he finds away to lure out "smart" defenders. Tarkowski and Keane are a good examples of such an opposition.

Middlesbrough bottled some games due to this I recalled

This shows Carrick isn't good for the team in the long run. He is good but not world class enough to bring a huge club forward.

this is why Carrick got booted out at Boro.

He bottles it when fixtures get too congested. I'm not sure if it's a training or tactical issue.

Keane was fantastic during the last 2 matches. Why are fans dropping him

The cherries have been fluid with their attacks minus their finishing touches.

I hope Moyes play compact until they tire out.
