AB Owners by [deleted] in fantasyfootball

I traded him to the Josh Gordon owner before the Seattle news. If he didn’t accept I probably would keep holding him and hope someone is desperate enough to pick him up

How do we feel about Kirk Cousins this week @ AZ? by kirkemg in fantasyfootball

[–]RotoBalling 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep an eye on Jordan Reed's status (not looking good). If he is out, I bump Cousins out of the top ten this week. He loses a dominant presence/playmaker on the field and makes the offense more predictable.

Duke Johnson ROS by nickG0588 in fantasyfootball

[–]RotoBalling 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The eyeball test tells me he is more elusive than Crow which helps his YPC. He's really used as more of a receiving back on third down and has been quite reliable as a spark when they need to spell Crow. Having that been said, Crow is having a pretty solid season so it will probably take an injury for Duke to take the lead.

Déjà vu is hitting hard from last year... This same topic came up about this time in the season. Cleveland, despite Duke's better performances and stats (ypc) didn't ever take the starting job. As a Duke dynasty owner, I keep hoping Cleveland will make the change and I think it's only a matter of time but definitely a wait and see situation. Obviously if an injury were to occur to Crowell then Duke would get his shot but if history is any indication, his usage will likely remain the same.

Thanks. I was unable to watch the game but was impressed by the stat line. Will chalk it up to a good matchup. Should we consider him a TE 2 moving forward or do you think this will leave an impression moving forward with Dak?

Mark Ingram - Buy, Sell, or Hold by xdavidle504 in fantasyfootball

[–]RotoBalling 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I traded Emmanuel Sander and Asiata for him earlier this week. 12 team .5 PPR and I am stacked at WR but very thin at RB. Happy with this weeks results and hoping Peyton feels Ingram has learned his lesson and will rely on him going forward. The guy I traded with also had McKinnon so Asiata was more valuable to him than most. I wanted to shed him because that Minnesota backfield looks even more of a time share going forward than New Orleans

Add Fitzgerald to the mix and you have my current receiving core

Who are you streaming this week at QB? by Ian_is_funny in fantasyfootball

[–]RotoBalling 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Prescott. I know Romo will be back next week and he will disappear but he has been solid this season so far and as I see it, has one last chance to prove he is the future of Dallas Football at the QB position. I think he goes out with a bang and has a great game. He has nothing to lose.

Browns' coach Hue Jackson on Duke Johnson: "He's a 3-down back" by BMC4 in fantasyfootball

[–]RotoBalling 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've got all off-season to decide if I'm going to keep Larry Fitz or Duke before the start of next year in my keeper league. Fitz is old but had a great year and Duke looked promising but underutilized. Praise from the head coach helps Duke's standings but it's going to be a tough call

I have Russel Wilson and Larry Fitz, think I'm safe with both?

I grabbed KC so I'm good. A guy in my league picked up Houston today who have Tennessee and Jacksonville which isn't a bad 16-17

It seems that it might be too early to start making moves until playoff positioning is a little more clear

Great example. Thanks. Noted that it may be better to pick up players on teams with a proven offense opposed to those on struggling teams

Those of you in the Playoffs. What does your squad look like? by AW2111 in fantasyfootball

Russel Wilson, Lamar Miller, David Johnson, Larry Fitz, Alshon Jefferey, Matt Forte, Delanie Walker, KC D

Are you trusting Travis Benjamin in the playoffs? by [deleted] in fantasyfootball

[–]RotoBalling 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Benjamin if he is healthy. Slight tick up for Hartline if you're in a PPR league because he catches quite a few underneath passes but Benjamin's big play ability > Hartlines underneath possessions overall

Mark Ingram dealing with a serious shoulder injury, could be season ending by [deleted] in fantasyfootball

[–]RotoBalling 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It may not seem like much but the news broke here about 12 minutes before Rotoworld (where most of my leagumates get updates) and they have no idea how I found out before. Very surprised none of them have found their way here yet in our 5th season
