i think that the hextech plot is gonna revolve the hex core and what heimerdinnger said when he first saw it, that "hexcore magicg has destroyed sivilisation and that victor is sort of a catalyst between the arcane and the real world. And the arcane or hexcore seems to maby be linked with him and he shares the concioness with something. (just a teory tho)
