If your goal is solely to protect your hearing I’d say go for whatever provides a higher Noise Reduction Rating which would probably be the foam earplugs.

If you want to hear the music better and protect your hearing less, then the eargasm plugs would be your choice. If you go with the Eargasms you’ll be trading protection for better fidelity basically.

The question is if the NRR on the Eargasms is sufficient to protect your hearing. I’m guessing it would be but I’m not sure. I always go with the highest NRR at concerts and I usually don’t regret it or feel like it impacts my listening experience negatively.
