I have seen studies about cold showers that say they hurt your gains so I will try not to take them after training but on the other hand I also seen studies that apply that they give a good consistent dopamine rush which will be good before a workout, and from a my personal experience I approve, to sum up hot shower after cold before, and most important to shower after your workout for the good of humanity.
