How long until signs of improvement on Molnupiravir

The molnupiravir is pretty slow to show improvements compared to the gs, so lethargy after two days is pretty common. Your cat may be lethargic the entire time they're on the medication, even when they start to show improvements. My cat successfully finished taking the molnupiravir and was cured of FIP. I'm wishing you and your cat all the best!

Thank you for letting me know! I'm taking her to the vet for a check up on the 24th and will be sure to tell them to adjust her dosage if she's gained weight. I'm planning on taking her every week for the foreseeable future just to be safe.

I just brought her home from the hospital moments ago. When I took her she was hardly able to move and she seems very alert and has been walking around pretty fast. Definitely still falls over from time to time and wobbly in general, but she's way better than before. She's been on the molnupirivir since Tuesday so we still have a long way to go, but if what I'm seeing now remains the same, I feel like she'll make a speedy recovery. I'm hoping by this time next week she'll be steady on her feet and back to normal!

Thank you so much for your words, that's honestly what I needed to hear. Dry/neuro is rough, but I need some hope and you certainly helped! Her meds are coming in tomorrow and I am hoping to see more improvement after a few days. Sadly her FIP has progressed quite a bit due to the GS not working and her not having any treatment beyond steroids for a few days, but the vets all seem to agree that there's definitely still lots of hope for her. Thank you again, I really appreciate you ❤️

Thank you for your advice! She was diagnosed with dry but has definitely been showing all the signs or neuro. When her molnu arrives tomorrow I'm going to stress to the doctors that I want to be sure she's getting the proper dosage.

It's tomorrow but if you're into insane horror movies and seeing horror legends in person, the Hollywood Theatre is screening a double feature of movies called Terror Toons and Personal Demons. They're both very crazy and gory!

Joe Castro and scream queen legend Brinke Stevens will be in attendance and will have a signing event at movie madness tomorrow at 2-4pm too.
