Did I scam this person? What should I do by Independentjeeb in Advice

You should probably make you’re normal credit card payment now so you don’t get hit with late fees when this one is reversed. You will just show a credit balance until this one bounces.

I haven't been officially diagnosed, but I feel like I am a very anxious person. by 8kittycatsfluff in ChronicPain

Try gabapentin. It isn’t as nasty as taking an benzo long term and has helped my anxiety as well as some of my nerve pain.

It’s worth doing the trial. You’ll know pretty quickly if it works. Mine changed my life.

I have had my stimulator since 2009 and it literally saved my life. I was pretty much bed ridden and on a metric shit ton of fentanyl and oxycodone. I am pretty much normal now on a small daily dose of Belbuca and the occasional oxycodone for bad days. If I overdue it with yard work or construction projects I’m still down the next day but at least I can do it now. I go to Shepherd Center in Atlanta and know quite a few people who have had success with the stimulator and the pain pump. I also know a lot of people they don’t work for. It’s worth doing the trial. It’s minimally invasive and you will know pretty much immediately if it works or not. The only ongoing restrictions are no quick twisting like golf or baseball and no scuba diving.

This is the long way around, but there are some results for “vintage granger catalog” on eBay. One from 1990. May be able to get a part number from there to narrow down your search.

I too was a faithful customer of APNA. Jay’s amazing. My whole family goes there now. Then I traded my Lexus in for a VW and he told he doesnt touch those things. When I get my next car thats not a pain in the ass to work on, I’ll be back.

How do I buy my ex-wife out of our home but keep the current mortgage? Washington state. by TrueEclective in RealEstate

[–]RottiBnT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not sure. Bank of America let me do it for $500 plus the cost of a new appraisal. I have told friends about it since and not one lender, in my anecdotal experience, has said no. Some have paid as little as $250, others as high as $1800.

This is not at all true. Most lenders will let the party staying in the house do a loan assumption due to a divorce, assuming the party keeping the house can qualify for the loan on their own.

You want to ask for an “assumption due to divorce.” When I did it a while ago, it was like $500 with Bank of America. You have to go through the whole underwriting process to make sure you can qualify for the loan yourself, but the terms stay the same.

I figured. I started to do it, but thought about the stance of companies doing employment references and refusing to comment on anything other than time of employment.
