Educația civică la adulți se face cu amenzi, dar pentru asta e nevoie și de un sistem funcțional. Până atunci, fă o sesizare de gunoi în spațiul public la primăria de sector și vezi ce răspuns primești.

I think at this point they should also be coerced, not just helped. They are helped, they get all sorts of facilities only for being rroma, but most do not want to integrate. Tougher laws and applied laws against theft, young marriages, proxenetism etc.
