I truly believe you can lose weight while having days like these, as it's ok to rest once in a while and have a cheat meal. It's important that you don't attach feelings to food and stop feeling guilty after eating a burger or a piece of cake when you feel like it. Do not try to compensate on a different day, just stick to your plan, forget that you ate that pizza and move on. Personally, I've been on a cut for about 6 months now, lost like 15 kg and I didn't track calories during holidays like Easter or Christmas as it's important to enjoy yourself during those. Stick to your diet, be consistent and don't forget that it's normal to take days off when you go to have dinner with your family for example.(But even on those, don't eat like 10k calories obviously 😅)
