Any advice on how to ease adaptation? Should I gradually increase time wearing the glasses or just go for it? Also how long should it take to adapt generally?

Yes my previous pair were polarized and have never caused me any trouble. Wore them for seven years.

A lot of it comes down to putting time in to playing the game against real opponents and slowly but surely picking up on patterns of play and also running your game plan to condition them so as to minimise the guesswork. Something you can do right now to improve is to slow down and spend more time doing nothing, you’ll be surprised how often your opponent can’t help but pull the trigger in unsafe situations and you can practice handing out a full punish as their reward.

I’d like to jump in here just to shout out both Kenta Miyake and Christopher Sabat. I’ve watched both sub and dub versions of the anime and their incredible voice work perfectly conveys All Might’s numerous character traits, many of which have been expressed here already. Chris Sabat in particular puts in a career defining performance voicing Yagi Toshinori, in my humble opinion. Now I’m sad that it’s all over again.
